The program will form partnerships with local organizations and the justice system to provide transition services .

 We are committed to aiding in a holistic path to success for adults who meet at least one of the risk factor.

The goal is to develop a sense of individual responsibility while establishing or reestablishing independence and a sense of accomplishment.

H.I.S. provides program participants an opportunity to build their personal and professional skills. These include but are not limited to interpersonal skills, create networking opportunities, resume writing, life skills, and reassert a sense of hope in the future.
